Winters Title Agency, Inc. has been providing real estate services, title insurance and closing services to all Parishes in the State of Louisiana for over 30 years, and provides closing services in Kenner, Metairie, Mandeville and the Greater New Orleans area.

Michael E. Winters, President of Winters Title Agency, graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law in 1970 and then received his Master's Degree in Tax Law from New York University in 1971. Mike is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Louisiana Land Title Association as well as the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors.

Katie L. Winters, graduated from Loyola University, College of Law in 2002. After 15 years practicing litigation in a large defense firm, Katherine joined Winters Title in May 2017. She is an active member of the American Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association and the Louisiana Land Title Association as well as many other civic and board organizations.

Judy H. Faust, closing Notary and the Mandeville Office Manager, received her Notary commission in 1989 and joined Winters Title Agency in 1990. Judy is an active member of the St. Tammany Home Builders Association, Professional Women of St. Tammany, the West St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce and the Louisiana Land Title Association.
