President of Winters Title Agency, graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law in 1970 and then received his Master's Degree in Tax Law from New York University in 1971. Mike is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Louisiana Land Title Association as well as the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors.

Katie L. Winters
Katie graduated from Loyola University, College of Law in 2002. After 15 years practicing litigation in a large defense firm, Katie joined Winters Title in May 2017. She is an active member of the American Bar Association, Louisiana State Bar Association and the Louisiana Land Title Association as well as many other civic and board organizations.
Adele joined Winters Title in 2025. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Millsaps College, as well as a Master’s in Communications and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University. An active member of the community, Adele serves on several organizational boards and resides in Mandeville with her family.
